DESCRIPTION
Bactericidal lamps are used for sterilization of air and object surfaces by UV radiation and are primarily used in medical institutions (operating rooms, intensive care,
infectious diseases, maternity hospitals, etc.) then, in rooms where a large number of people gather (waiting rooms, kindergartens, pharmacies, etc.), as well as in rooms for food processing, production and storage. UV-C radiation makes UV light energy from nucleic acids and proteins. Such energy causes chemical reactions in the nucleus of cells and thus destroys microorganisms. UV lamps, which we use, emit the most germicidal energy only within the range of 250 to 270 nm.
